PLACEMENT & CARE
A few considered steps.
Read the instructions for your chosen patch before use. Timing and wear duration are product-specific; the steps below cover general placement and care.
Prepare.
Choose clean, dry skin on the upper arm, shoulder or back, away from oils, lotion and dense hair. Avoid broken or irritated skin.
Apply.
Peel away the liner, place the patch and press for a few seconds. Follow the product’s instructions for timing and wear duration.
Remove & rotate.
Peel off gently. Wash any residue away with warm, soapy water, and choose a different spot next time. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Keep patches cool and dry, away from sunlight and out of children’s reach.

Can I wear different patches together?
Buying different patches does not establish that they are suitable to wear together. Follow each product’s instructions. If you take medicines or have a health condition, check the full formulas with a pharmacist or clinician.
Where can I check the ingredients?
All six product pages include the ingredient list, patch materials and patch size, alongside use guidance and purchase options.
How long should I wear a patch?
Use the timing and wear instructions supplied with your chosen patch. They vary by product. If you would like the details before ordering, contact our team.
What does the science show?

Preorders & delivery
When will my preorder ship?
Current preorders are expected to dispatch on 1 October 2026. Delivery takes place after dispatch and depends on the destination and service. The dispatch date is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
When do I pay?
Your first payment is taken at checkout, including for preorders. If you select a subscription, recurring payments follow the subscription terms shown when you order.
Can I cancel before dispatch?
Yes. You can cancel a preorder before it is dispatched for a full refund. Contact us with your order number.
What does delivery cost?
Standard UK shipping is free. For other destinations, the available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Subscriptions, clearly
What is the subscription price?
The regular subscription price is 15% below the one-time price. Your product page and checkout show the current price and any eligible offer.
When does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions renew monthly from your order date. For a preorder, the first payment is taken at checkout and renewal timing still follows the order date, rather than the first delivery date.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid another charge. Contact us if you need help managing your subscription. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or dispatched.
Does a discount apply to future orders?
Discount eligibility and duration depend on the offer. Check the recurring price and terms displayed at checkout. An introductory discount should not be assumed to continue on later renewals.
Returns & support
Can I return a pouch?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a sealed, unopened pouch. Opened pouches are not covered by a satisfaction guarantee. See our full returns policy for conditions and how to start a return.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can help. Your rights for faulty or incorrect goods are separate from the unopened-pouch returns policy.
