Wear each patch for 12 to 24 hours; apply Deep Sleep one hour before bed and remove it when you wake. You can combine different patches, but never two of the same product at once, and no more than one of each product in 24 hours. Follow each product’s precautions.

Choose clean, dry, intact skin, free from oils and lotion.
Apply
Peel off the liner and press the patch firmly into place.
Remove & rotate
