Expected dispatch is 1 October 2026. Dispatch is when the order leaves us; delivery time depends on your destination. UK delivery is included. International shipping options are shown at checkout.
Do I need to subscribe?
No. Choose a one-time purchase for one pouch and one payment. A monthly subscription is optional. Compare the prices and read the recurring billing terms on the product page before choosing.
Can I cancel or return my order?
You can cancel a pre-order before dispatch for a refund. Unopened, sealed pouches can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Read the full returns policy for the process and terms.

When does my subscription renew?
Your first payment is taken at checkout. The subscription renews monthly from your order date at the recurring price shown. The first preorder pouch is expected to dispatch on 1 October 2026; renewals follow your order date. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid another charge.
