Vitamin B6 — Consumer Fact Sheet

NIH · 16 June 2023

What the source says

Vitamin B6 is involved in more than 100 enzyme reactions in human metabolism.

What it means here

An established role of the nutrient in the body. Energy lists B6 as an ingredient; this fact does not establish delivery through a patch or an increase in energy.

Everyday guidance

Self-help tips to fight tiredness

NHS · 8 November 2023

What the source says

The NHS suggests regular meals and healthy snacks spaced three to four hours apart, and says even a 15-minute walk can give an energy boost.

What it means here

General self-care advice, not a patch trial or a treatment for every cause of tiredness. Persistent unexplained fatigue deserves a conversation with a healthcare professional.

Sleep guidance

Insomnia

NHS · 19 March 2024

What the source says

Adults generally need seven to nine hours of sleep. NHS advice includes winding down for at least an hour and avoiding tea or coffee for at least six hours before bed.

What it means here

General sleep advice. The caffeine timing refers to drinks; it is not an instruction for wearing or removing a caffeine patch.

Supplement market data

Delivery systems dispatch growth, opportunity — Product Development Guide

Nutrition Business Journal / Natural Products Insider · July 2024 · 2023 US sales data

What the source says

Non-pill formats accounted for roughly 65% of US dietary supplement sales in 2023, according to NBJ data reproduced on page 5 of the July 2024 Natural Products Insider guide.

What it means here

An approximate share of sales value, not the percentage of consumers who prefer these formats. Examples include gummies, chews, liquids and powders. The guide is labelled paid content and cites the NBJ Supplement Business Report 2024. This is market context, not evidence of patch preference, absorption or effectiveness.

Oral caffeine trial

Daily caffeine and the development of tolerance

Lara et al. / PLOS ONE · 23 January 2019

What the source says

In a crossover trial of 11 active adults, oral caffeine at 3 mg/kg daily was studied for 20 days. Exercise-performance effects were greatest initially and became smaller, suggesting tolerance.

What it means here

This trial studied swallowed caffeine capsules, not the finished 24/sync Energy patch or its delivered dose. It does not substantiate a patch time to benefit or benefits that keep increasing. Our dates are personal check-in points, not clinical milestones; your experience may stay unchanged.

Placement & care

A simple format. Clear steps.

01

Peel & apply

Choose clean, dry skin on the upper arm, shoulder or back, away from oils, lotion and dense hair. Peel off the liner, place the patch and press for a few seconds.

02

Remove & rotate

Peel off gently. Wash any residue away with warm, soapy water. Use a different spot for your next patch.

03

Care & storage

Avoid broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation persists. Keep patches cool, dry, away from sunlight and out of children’s reach.

Follow the pack instructions for application timing and wear duration. For help using your patch, contact our team. Product support
