Sleep Your personal checkpoints

What to notice over time.

Falling asleep. Staying asleep. Feeling rested in the morning. Follow what matters to you across several nights, including when your experience stays the same.

Personal check-in points, not a proven timeline of patch benefits.

  1. Before you begin

    Falling asleep

Note roughly how long you usually take to drift off. This gives you a personal starting point.

  2. Week 1

    Night waking

Look back at how often you wake and time spent awake. Compare several nights, rather than one unusually good or difficult night.

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Morning restfulness

Compare how rested you feel on waking, alongside bedtime and sleep duration. Note what has changed and what has not.

  4. Monthly

    Your usual pattern

Review your typical night against your starting notes. Look for repeatable patterns across falling asleep, night waking and morning restfulness.

CDC / NCHS · April 2026 · 2024 survey data

What the source says

In the 2024 National Health Interview Survey, 30.5% of US adults reported averaging less than seven hours of sleep in a 24-hour period.

What it means here

A self-reported population estimate, not an insomnia diagnosis or a product study. The estimate covers US civilian, noninstitutionalised adults; its 95% confidence interval is 29.8–31.1%.

Sleep guidance

Insomnia

NHS · 19 March 2024

What the source says

Adults generally need seven to nine hours of sleep. NHS advice includes winding down for at least an hour and avoiding tea or coffee for at least six hours before bed.

What the source says

CDC recommends at least seven hours of sleep for adults aged 18–60 and turning off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime.

Supplement market data

Delivery systems dispatch growth, opportunity — Product Development Guide

Nutrition Business Journal / Natural Products Insider · July 2024 · 2023 US sales data

What the source says

Non-pill formats accounted for roughly 65% of US dietary supplement sales in 2023, according to NBJ data reproduced on page 5 of the July 2024 Natural Products Insider guide.

What it means here

An approximate share of sales value, not the percentage of consumers who prefer these formats. Examples include gummies, chews, liquids and powders. The guide is labelled paid content and cites the NBJ Supplement Business Report 2024. This is market context, not evidence of patch preference, absorption or effectiveness.

Ingredient evidence review

Valerian: what the evidence says

NIH / NCCIH · May 2025

What the source says

NCCIH describes inconsistent findings for valerian and sleep. Research on oral valerian does not establish faster sleep onset or deeper sleep from a transdermal patch.

What it means here

This guidance does not evaluate the finished 24/sync Sleep patch. It does not substantiate a time to benefit or benefits that increase with continued use. The dates shown are personal check-in points, not study-derived milestones. Record unchanged results as well as changes.

Placement & care

A simple format. Clear steps.

01

Peel & apply

Choose clean, dry skin on the upper arm, shoulder or back, away from oils, lotion and dense hair. Peel off the liner, place the patch and press for a few seconds.

02

Remove & rotate

Peel off gently. Wash any residue away with warm, soapy water. Use a different spot for your next patch.

03

Care & storage

Avoid broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation persists. Keep patches cool, dry, away from sunlight and out of children’s reach.
