Your patch guide
Make room for a simpler ritual.
A practical guide to choosing, applying and caring for your patch. Start with the directions on your own pouch.
A patch brings a simpler format to your routine: nothing to swallow or mix, and a few easy steps for application and care. Start with the directions supplied with your product. The guidance below covers general handling; for placement, timing, wear time and frequency, follow your exact product's label.
Before you begin
Read the ingredient list, materials, directions and precautions. Check the expiry information on your pack. If the directions are missing, unclear or differ from information you have seen elsewhere, contact us before use. Wear time is on each product's label and product page.
If you have a known sensitivity, take medicines, have a health condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, ask a pharmacist or clinician about the complete formula before using it. Our team can help with product information; individual medical suitability needs appropriate professional advice.
1. Prepare the skin
Use clean, dry, intact skin in a location permitted by the product's instructions. Avoid broken, irritated or inflamed skin. Keep oils and lotions away from the application area, as they can affect adhesion. Check the area before applying each patch: comfortable skin comes first.
2. Apply with care
Peel away the removable liner and place the adhesive side against your skin. Press the patch into place as directed, checking that it sits comfortably. Follow the pack's instructions for when to apply it and when to remove it. If you are unsure about the application method, ask us and we will talk you through it.
3. Follow the product's wear guidance
Wear time and frequency are set for each product, so stick to the label: no longer wear and no extra patches. A bundle or collection is a way to buy, not a recommendation to wear different formulas together.
Check the directions before showering, swimming or exercising with a patch; water and activity guidance is specific to each product. If a patch lifts or comes away, follow the product guidance or contact us before applying a replacement.
4. Remove gently and check your skin
Peel the patch away gently, supporting the skin as you remove it. Do not pull sharply. Follow the product's care instructions for any remaining residue. Choose a different suitable area for a later application in line with the label.
Stop use if irritation occurs. Do not apply another patch over irritated skin. Seek advice if a reaction persists or is significant. Dispose of used patches responsibly and keep them away from children and pets.
Keep the details with the pouch
Follow the pack's storage instructions and keep its label to hand. Store patches away from children. When travelling, take the original product information with you so the directions and ingredient details travel with you.
